THROUGH MUSIC AND FREE BODY DANCE
How many times have we heard: "I don't even have time to breathe." The frenetic pace of everyday life subjects us to a constant state of tension and stress that, over time, affects the RHYTHM OF BREATHING, making it rapid and shallow. By taking in less air, and therefore less oxygen, an imbalance is created with harmful consequences for our health.
Breathing is so natural and obvious that no one thinks they can't do it well anymore!

OBJECTIVE :
To teach conscious breathing on the one hand and relaxation on the other, through a combination of music and dance:
The 7-hour course will be divided into 2 parts, a first theoretical part and a second practical part.
first part:
- how do we breathe?
- functional breathing;
second part:
- let's learn to breathe correctly;
- breathing exercises with verification;
- progressive muscle relaxation
