BOOK LOAN REGULATIONS FOR ARB MEMBERS

The loan service is free.

The loan period is 15 days and, if no reservations are made, can be renewed for an additional 15 days.

Periodicals are available for on-site consultation only.

To avail of the loan, you must be an ARB member who has paid the membership fee and registered the loan with your identity document details.

The library undertakes to send loan and return receipts via email. If you change your email address, you are required to notify the library.

Those granted a loan are responsible for the protection and integrity of the material received and for returning it within the established timeframes.

The return can be entrusted to third parties.

Users who fail to return borrowed material by the due date will be notified via standard telecommunications: the first reminder will be sent seven days after the due date, with subsequent reminders occurring weekly.

If the user is more than 10 days late in returning borrowed documents, they will be suspended from all lending services for a period equal to the delay detected.

In case of loss or damage of a document, the user is required to deliver to the library another new copy of the work or to refund an amount equal to the value of the lost or damaged document.

Unless otherwise specified, each user may borrow a maximum of three items at a time and may not lend borrowed items to others.

Each loan is conditional on the return of the previously borrowed material.
