"The Dream of Writing, the Need to Tell" is an encounter with words that become stories; a conscious journey to discover the secrets of storytelling. All this, fueled by experiences, memories, and anecdotes, which transform into emotion and sharing.

The course, lasting 20 hours in total, includes a theoretical and a practical part.
Theoretical section:
The seven key points of every story:
- Initial weakness and in need (dream)
- The desire (need)
- The opponent or Antagonist
- The plan
- The clash or battle
- Self-revelation
- The new balance
General approach to character building
- The protagonist - The opponent
- The conflict
- The plot
Practical section:
After a brief theoretical part, we will get hands-on with writing exercises regarding the pitch, its development, and the outline for writing a novel or short story.
Class times:
10 two-hour meetings from 8pm to 10pm
every Wednesday starting November 15, 2023
Each workshop participant will need to bring a notebook or notepad.

I've also had the opportunity to work with Liliana Cavani, a world-famous director, for whom I've written three films: De Gasperi l'uomo della speranza, Einstein, and Francesco.
